01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, downloading, installing, or using any software products or services provided by Icone ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or software products.
02. Scope of Services
Icone publishes and distributes software products, including desktop applications, SaaS offerings, and developer tools. Access to our products may be provided under various license types (trial, subscription, perpetual, or enterprise) as specified at the point of purchase or in a separate license agreement. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time, subject to applicable license terms.
03. Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, branding, and content published by Icone are our intellectual property. When you license our software, you receive the rights specified in your license agreement—typically a limited, non-exclusive right to use the software for the licensed purpose. 06. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Icone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Our software is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.
07. Governing Law
